Martine Law is a brand name used by affiliated law firms. In Minnesota, legal services are provided by Martine Law, PLLC. In New Jersey, legal services are provided by New Jersey Criminal Defense Attorneys PC. In Texas, legal services are provided by Texas Criminal Defense Attorneys PLLC. In North Carolina, legal services are provided by an affiliated North Carolina law firm. This website, xmartinelaw.com, is operated by Martine Law, PLLC (“Martine Law,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, call us, chat with us, text us or fill out a form, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website and online intake. Information you share after you become a client is also protected by our duty of confidentiality under the rules of professional conduct and by your engagement agreement.

1. Please do not send confidential details before we confirm we can help

Using this website, calling, chatting, texting or submitting a form does not make you our client. Until we have checked for conflicts of interest and you have signed an engagement agreement, please share only basic information: your name, how to reach you, the county, the type of case, and your next court date. Please save sensitive details for your conversation with an attorney.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and how you prefer to be contacted.
  • Case details you choose to share: type of matter, county, court dates, and a short description.
  • Messages: chat transcripts, text messages, emails, voicemails and form submissions.
  • Scheduling details if you book a meeting.

Phone calls

We use call-tracking numbers from CallRail so we know which ad or page led to a call. CallRail records the caller’s phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the page or ad the caller came from. Calls are recorded for quality, training and record-keeping. Phones and chat are answered 24/7, with AI covering when no staff is free.

Chat

Our website chat is provided by Intaker. Chat is answered by our staff, with automated AI responses when no staff member is free. Chat transcripts are stored by Intaker and sent to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our tools collect device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you got here (for example an ad, a search or a link), time on the page, clicks, scrolling, and approximate location based on your IP address. We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to do this.

These companies handle information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Some site features, such as the accessibility toolbar and pop-up notices, store simple settings in your browser.
