Christine is a dedicated family law attorney with extensive experience guiding clients through complex and often challenging legal matters.
With experience handling complex family law matters from intake through resolution, she combines strong legal preparation with practical guidance to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Christine brings extensive experience across a broad range of family law matters, including dissolution, custody and parenting time, child support, adoption, protective orders, and post-decree issues. She has served as primary counsel for clients, independently managed full-cycle caseloads, and developed litigation strategies focused on identifying issues early and pursuing efficient resolutions. Her experience also includes motion practice, discovery, mediation, negotiated settlements, pleadings, and trial preparation. Through each matter, she prioritizes clear communication, thorough preparation, and protecting her clients’ interests while seeking practical solutions that minimize unnecessary conflict.
Her broader legal background includes work in tribal and federal Indian law, corporate and securities law, appellate research, and legal education. She has also served as Legislative Counsel and Deputy Solicitor General, an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an Ethics Hearing Judge, and a Judicial Law Clerk for the New Mexico Court of Appeals. This diverse experience gives Christine a well-rounded legal perspective that informs her approach to family law and client advocacy.
