Zeena Sweidan

With experience across law firms, corporate legal departments, and financial institutions, Zeena combines legal research, analytical thinking, and practical problem-solving to support complex legal matters. Her background includes drafting legal documents, assessing contractual risks, and advising on regulatory compliance across state, federal, and international frameworks.

Zeena’s legal experience includes serving as a law clerk at Schmidt & Salita, where she drafted motions, complaints, demand letters, and arbitration statements while researching Minnesota workers’ compensation laws. Her previous roles at UCare, Idemia, and the Federal Reserve Bank involved regulatory compliance, contract review, risk assessment, healthcare privacy, and data protection, including research on HIPAA, the GDPR, and the CCPA. She also served as a legislative intern with the Minnesota Senate, gathering policy information and developing proposals to address state government processes. Zeena earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in 2023 and was named to the Dean’s List during her law school and undergraduate studies.
