With over 40 years of distinguished legal experience, former District Court Judge Alan Pendleton serves as “Of Counsel” to the Martine Law Firm and directs its Mentorship Program. In this role, he provides specialized expertise, strategic guidance, authoritative second opinions, and mentorship to attorneys within the firm. Although not actively engaged in the representation of clients, he remains a valuable resource on complex legal matters.

He served on Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District bench for 17 years, presiding over civil, criminal, and family law matters, and received the Outstanding Judge Award from the Minnesota District Judges Association.
A passionate educator, Alan has taught for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, delivered training programs statewide, authored legal publications, and created an award-winning Judicial Training and Education website. He actively volunteers at a free legal advice clinic serving low-income residents in Arizona and is deeply committed to mentoring attorneys for professional growth and well-being.
