After serving in the U.S. Navy, Xavier Martine earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and founded Martine Law, PLLC in 2019.
Xavier Martine grew up in St. Paul and joined the U.S. Navy a week after high school, serving as a nuclear engineer. After his service, he earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he served as president of the Latino Law Student Association.
In 2019 he founded Martine Law, PLLC to represent people facing criminal charges and family law disputes in Minnesota. His own experience with divorce and early legal challenges shapes how he approaches clients going through hard times. Today he leads the firm’s Minnesota attorneys and client service teams.
He has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2023 to 2026.
